Contestants may compete their age as of November1st 2005. (copy of birth certificate must be submitted with entry form, or presented as registration)
This Pageant is open to all contestants.
If you enter the Novice Supreme, you cannot have won over $1,200.00 CASH at any one pageant in the past 5 years. If you are found giving false information you will forfeit your title and cash award.
Any acts of un-sportsmanship-like behaviors could result in disqualification with

Cash or money order only for fees. We Do Not accept personal checks at the door.
For each new contestant you refer you may take $25.00 off your entry fees. They must be pre-registered with deposit paid before you may take your credit.
Score sheets will be mailed out 2 weeks after pageant for a fee of $3.00. Bring a self-addressed envelope with name and age division on it to crowning. Judges decision are final. Master Score Sheet will be posted in Ball Room after Pageant.
Please limit stage routine to 2 minutes or less!

Savings bonds
winners may choose cash instead of bonds. Cash equivalent is
equal to 1/2 of bond value.
Important: We DO
NOT Double Crown. The Sweetheart Supremes, Mini Supremes,
Grand Supremes and Age Divisional Queens will NOT be the same
person! This will give more contestants the opportunity to
capture a title. They are however, eligible for all other awards.
Please Note* There must be 3 registered in the 16+ division by April 17th........2005 to hold this division.
Important: We Do Not Double Crown! The Ultimate, Total, Beauty, Novice Supreme, & Age Division Queens will Not be the same person! They are however, eligible for all other awards.
Supremes Winner , Novice, and Grand Supreme Title Winners will be determined by the Beauty, Sportswear/Outfit of Choice, and Photogenic scores and any additional extra points earned from the Beauty Optionals and Most Beautiful Face. Outfit of Choice may replace Sportswear score if it is higher.
The Sportswear, Photogenic, Most Beautiful Face Over-All Winners will not be the age division winners of those titles.
No Refunds! Fees may be credited to the next Model Miss Pageant, Deposit are NOT transferable.
We will have a professional photographer at the pageant, no other cameras are allowed in the ballroom.
You must wear your wristband at all times while entering and leaving the ballroom.
If for any reason this pageant is canceled, all money will be refunded immediately.
There must be 40 contestants entering all events to award full bonds, bonds will not be less than 1/2 amount stated. Sister discounts & Beauty only packages do not count.
Sibling Discount: First child enters Grand Supreme Package at full price; all other children receiver Grand Supreme Package at 1/2 Price.
If you have won fees off you will take the greatest discount.
Discounts will not be combined.
You must be on time for your events, we will give a grace of no more than 3 minutes. Group Line-ups are 1st. If you are late for your line-up you will take your place in line if
available or you will be last out.
*Line Up Request: ____________First in, last out or choice. Once a number has been assigned it will not be changed. Will honor request by date entries are received. Only entries received with a deposit will be assigned a number.
