RULES & REGULATIONS

	Contestants may compete as of their age on September 1, 2007. (Copy of Birth Certificate must be submitted with entry form, or presented at registration.).		Grand, Mini & Novice Supremes will be determined by the Beauty, Swimwear, Casualwear, Photogenic scores. Outfit of Choice may be used as a replacement score if higher, Dream Girls will be determined by Beauty score only.
	Ultimate Supremes and Grand Supremes cannot re-compete. All other title holders have the option to come back as royalty or compete.		No Refunds! Fees may be credited to the next Model Miss Pageant, deposits are NOT transferable
	Novice Supreme cannot have won over $1,200.00 CASH at any one pageant in the past 2 years. If you are found giving false information, you will forfeit your title and cash award. I verify that my daughter has not won over $1,200.00 Cash in the past 2 years:		First Class Productions with 25 years experience in runway and pageant photography will be with us this year. Orders must be placed before pageant starts and your merchandise will be delivered at the pageant. No other cameras are allowed or needed in the ballroom.
	Cash or money order only for fees. We will not accept personal checks after 3/10/08. You MUST add 4% if using PayPal for service fees..		You must wear your wristband/badge at all times while entering and leaving the ballroom, you will be asked to leave without these
	Any acts of unsportsmanship-like behavior could result in disqualification with No Refund!		If for any reason this pageant is canceled, all money will be refunded immediately.
	Score Sheets will be picked up after crowning in packages with your photos,. Adults must pick up photos and must sign roster to do so.		We will not pro-rate our pageant, we will however operate on a scale, 95% contestants- 100% return. This is based on only 60 full contestants. We expect to be 100%!!
	Important: We Do Not Double Crown! The Novice Supreme, Dream Girl Supreme, Model Supreme, Mini, Grand, Ultimate Supreme and Age Division Queens will Not be the same person! This will give more contestants the opportunity to capture a title! They are however, eligible for all other awards. Model Miss Cover Girl, Centerfold and Talent Winners can be doubled crowned.		Sibling Discount: First child enters Full Package Price; 2nd Child will be 1/2 price.

Talent Competition
7:30 p.m. All contestants competing in Talent must be registered by 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 31st
Competition Starts at 9:00 a.m.

Crowning: Sunday at 9:30
Please Note: Crowning is a dressy event, please dress in crowning dress or competition dress. You must stay in the ballroom for picures after the crowning. We will have individual photos of each winner and group shots. Please Note: Our Crowning Pictures are extremely important to us and we want to make sure we get quality photos as this will be our Royalty for our paperwork next year and we want YOU to LOOK AWESOME!! Cash awards will be given out after photos have been made.

Program Book Ad Sales:

You can earn your fees paid by selling ad pages to friends, family and local businesses for our program book. Ad pages are $125.00. You may sell any combination of ads that you choose, as long as they total one full page. They may be signature pages, ads and business cards. Contestant’s photo may appear on all ad pages sold.
• Sell 6 pages & Receive $575.00 Credit toward Pageant!
• Sell 9 pages & Receive $575.00 Credit toward Pageant and 2 door badges and 1 hotel
night paid.
• Sell 12 or more pages. All contestants that sell 12 or more pages will be crowned our National Model Miss Girl and receive $575.00 credit, 2 door badges, 2 nights hotel paid, a Beautiful National Crown & Custom Sash, and $200.00 Savings Bond.

Deadline for all ads is February 16th, 2007.
Photos for Program Book: Please submit a wallet size photo for the program book with your entry and deposit. The deadline for all photos to appear in the program book is February 16th, so be sure toget your deposit and photo in on time. You may send your photo by mail or by e-mail. The judges will have access to the program book so don’t miss being seen.

 

Sponsor Ticket Sales! A great way to pay your fees!

You may sell sponsor tickets to help pay your entry fees plus you can win some wonderful awards, Sponsor tickets will sell for $5.00 each. All Sponsor tickets sold will go in a drawing for a $200.00 Savings Bond. The winner does not have to be present. We will have a drawing during the crowning ceremony at Nationals for the winning ticket. Each ticket sold should have the buyer’s name, address, and phone number on it. The winning ticket holder will be contacted and receive their bond in the mail, All sponsor tickets and money must be turned in not later than March 1st, 2007. Call for your tickets today! Referrals:

You may pass out forms for referral credit. If you have 5 or more referrals, YOUR Package ($575.00 credit) will be paid. They must have their deposit in by the deadline and your name on the referral list. They must be 1st time contestants. Siblings count only one time. Referrals cannot be transferred and names cannot be added at registration. You will still need to pay your deposit to hold your place in line-up. Your deposit would be refunded at the door,. For all other referrals you may deduct $25.00.
 

Dream Girl Cover Contest

Wow! What an honor it will be to be on the cover of our 1st National Program Book as our National Dream Girl! Our winner will receive a National Crown, Custom Sash, $200.00 Bond and Special Award! 4 Alternates photo winners will receive a full page in the program book as well as appear on the back cover, and a Special Award! These winners will not be announce until the pageant. You may mail or e-mail your entry, headshot only. Deadline to enter this is February 16, 2007!
 

Dream Girl Centerfold Contest

Would you like to be our 1st centerfold Dream Girl? The winner will receive a National Crown, Custom Sash, $200.00 Bond and a Special Award! This winner will not be announced until the pageant. We are accepting only 3/4 or full body shot, or comp cards! No head shots for this please. You may mail or email your entry. Deadline to enter this is February 16, 2007!
